Danny K. Jason, 80, of Mountain View, AR died Sept. 26th, 2025 at home with his wife, Snoda, at his side. He was born on May 10th, 1945 in Grand Rapids, MI to Noel and Aline Virginia Jason.
Danny was an avid lover of music, hunting, fishing and football. He grew up in Belmont, MI and moved to Fifty-Six, AR to be near family. After meeting and marrying the love of his life, Snoda, he began a career as an electrician of IBEW in Grand Rapids, MI. Then he and his wife, Snoda, moved back to Mountain View, AR and farmed poultry on their family farm for a wonderful forty-four years. Together, they spent their time dancing, sharing their faith and joy with their family and creating a home for their children, grandchildren and anyone who needed a safe, welcoming, loving place to be. He was a Freemason, 3rd degree, with the Masonic Lodge of Rockford, MI.
Danny was a dedicated Christian, father, grandfather and husband. He is survived by his devoted wife of 61 years, Snoda Keller Jason; his daughter, Melisa Jason Carper and son, Jeffery James Jason; his grandchildren, Caroline Carper, Jasmine Jason, Jared Jason and Jillian Jason; as well as his great-granddaughter, Vivian Jason. He was preceded in death by parents, Noel and Aline Virginia Jason and his sister, Judy Jason.
A celebration of life for Danny will be held September 29th, 2025, 2:00PM at Fifty Six Missionary Baptist Church in Fifty-Six with Brother David Campbell officiating. Visitation will be at 1-2pm before the service, with interment to follow at Spoonflat Cemetery in Fifty-Six, Ark.
Pallbearers are Jerry Keller, Andy Keller, John Carper, Will Winn, Clint Jason, Johnny Jason, Jondon Jason and Johnny Robert Jason.
Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Mountain View was in charge of arrangements.

Snoda, Jeff and Melisa, I'm so sorry for your losing Dan. He was a friend, not just to me, but to everyone he knew. I knew him to be a good man, an honorable person. He will surely be missed by all. Be proud of his legacy.
