Renate Weltzien passed away on Saturday, September 20, 2025. Renate was born in Hamburg, Germany on May 9, 1938, to Wilhelm and Hertha Steffin.

Renate was a resident of Mountain Home since the 1990's. She was proceeded in death by her parents, her husband Wendell Weltzien and Stepson Scott Weltzien.

She is survived by her Son Marc Kerski and wife and her grandson. Also her Stepsons John and Russ Weltzien and Step Daughter Sue Beaton.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Wednesday, September 24, at 2 pm, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Mountain Home.
