Flora Jean Bartoush

Flora Jean Bartoush, age 70, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Little Rock.

She was born on January 4, 1955, in Waynesboro, Tennessee, to the late Robert A. Bartoush and Varnell Roberts Bartoush. Flora was of the Baptist faith and was a devoted homemaker whose greatest joy in life was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Flora had a vibrant personality and a passion for life. She loved to sing "particularly karaoke" and found joy in the outdoors, especially hiking and horseback riding. She was also a talented crocheter, and many were blessed by the warmth of her handmade creations.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Robert Earl Bartoush, and her sister Annie Cannon.

Flora leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter through her three daughters: Regina Lee of Little Rock, AR; Bobbie Reigle of Southaven, MS; and Billie Graham of Little Rock, AR. She is also survived by seven grandchildren: Jonathan T. Gibson, Gabe Gibson, Carlos Lester, Rickey Garza, Justina Lester, Jasmine Lester, and William Chitty; and three great-grandchildren.

She is also survived by one brother, Jody Bartoush of West Memphis, AR; one sister, Lisa Carter of Jonesboro, AR; along with numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.

Flora's warm heart, loving spirit, and infectious laughter will be missed by all who knew her.
