Mary Jane Fisher, 80, of Conway, Arkansas passed away peacefully on Friday, August 29, 2025 surrounded by her family. She was born on November 2, 1944 in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin to Hubert and Luella Haen.
Mary Jane is survived by her loving husband of almost 60 years, Paul Fisher Sr.; her 3 children, Joan (Mark) Helton, Paul Fisher Jr. and Denise (Luther) Wells; 2 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Also her siblings, Carol Schultz, Polly Westfall, Gary (Janice) Haen, Linda Steshetz, James Haen, Gordon (Gail) Haen, John (Karen) Haen, Joan Boyer and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, David Haen and Donald Haen and her sister, Sally Lau.
Mary Jane was a devoted wife and mother and strong in her faith in the Lord. She was a life long Catholic and attended St Joseph's Catholic Church in Conway for the last 21 years.
Mary Jane was an avid Green Bay Packer football fan and St Louis Cardinal baseball fan. She was also an animal lover who especially loved horses and has had many pets over the years but leaves behind her beloved dog, Scout.
A Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph Catholic Chapel, Friday, September 5th, 2025 at 10:00 am with visitation at 9:30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to St Joseph's Church, St Joseph's Endowment Fund or Arkansas Alzheimer's Foundation.
Paul I am truly sorry for your loss
Denise- I will never forget my first day at ADFA. Your mother came to me, introduced herself and then took me to lunch. She was always smiling and showed such kindness. I am praying for you and your family during this time.

Paul, Joan, Paul Jr, and Denise, i'm sorry for your loss. I lost my mother October 31st last year, it's rough, but she's still with you and you'll learn to navigate without her, honor her legacy by moving forward, she's not "gone" she's just through with her work here.
