Minnie Lou (Roll) Bradford, age 98 was called to her heavenly home on August 29, 2025. Minnie was born to Karl and Alma Austin on November 7th, 1926 in El Dorado, Arkansas. She was one of six children. Minnie lived with JT and Dora Roll, her Aunt and Uncle, from age four and at the age of 12 she was officially adopted by JT and Dora Roll.
Preceding Minnie in death was her husband of 52 years, William (Bill) F. Bradford Jr., and her daughter in law Jennifer Marlowe Bradford.
Minnie was a 1944 graduate of North Little Rock High School and a graduate of Capital City Business School. ''Lou'' as she was known by, was a long time state employee working for the Arkansas State Highway Dept. prior to joining the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission in 1966 from which she retired from in 1987, proudly serving for 21 years.
Minnie was a long time active member of Immanuel Baptist Church while residing in Little Rock. Upon relocating to Conway, she was an active member of Central Baptist Church. She is survived by her son Kent F. Bradford of Little Rock, brother M.L. Austin (Betty) of Blacksburg, VA, and two nieces; Connie Austin and Cheri Warburton and her children Caroline (David) and Michael Warburton (Elizabeth).
Special thanks goes out to Ridgemere Assisted Living and Superior Health and Rehab, both in Conway, for their loving care of Minnie during her final years.
Minnie was a wonderful wife and a loving mother who always put the needs of others ahead of her own. The hope and joy she brought to us all every day will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held at Roller McNutt Funeral home in Conway at 10:00 am on Friday September 5th, with the funeral service to follow at 11:00 am. There will be a private graveside ceremony.
