Mike Moore, 74, of Paris, Arkansas passed away Friday, August 29, 2025 in Fort Smith, Arkansas surrounded by family and friends.

Mike was born November 3, 1950 in Paris, Arkansas to his parents, Roy Moore and Gladys (Foster) Moore. He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving during the Vietnam War where he was awarded the Purple Heart for injuries he obtained in battle. He was the owner of M&M Construction Company and Westside Video and Tanning Beds. After selling his businesses he became an over-the-road truck driver for West Northwest Trucking and for Rogers Feed Mill. He also ran a Black Angus cattle farm. Mike loved entertaining people, he loved having family and friends over at the house for a BBQ or fish fry, watching the Razorback football game or just hanging out. He was the life of the party. Mike also enjoyed taking road trips driving up and down the highway, traveling the backroads, going to cattle auctions or riding around in his John Deere tractor.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Gladys Moore.

He is survived by his wife of eighteen years, Sharon Moore of the home; his children, Kiley Moore of Ozark, Amanda Dugan of Hackett, Brandon Moore of Paris, Lori Fairbanks of Russellville, Brian Fairbanks of Arlington, Texas and Regina McDaniel and husband, David of Sunset, Texas; his sisters, Linda Darlene Green and husband, Jimmy of Hackett and Carolyn Olmstead and husband, Brian of Little Rock; his grandchildren, Taylor Moore, Trevor Moore, Elise Fox, Madie Dugan, D.J. Patton, Courtney Patton, Jacob McDaniel and Halle Bradley; great grandchildren, Braydon Harrell and Joel McDaniel; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

A visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at Roller Funeral Home in Paris.

A Celebration of Life Service will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 4, 2025 at Roller Funeral Home in Paris officiated by Kirby Vaughn with burial to follow at Horne Cemetery in Midway.

Funeral service and arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Trevor Moore, DJ Patton, Brian Lee, Chad Green, Justin Keathley and Jacob McDaniel.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jerry Freeman, Tom Kirkwood, Joey Freeman, Johnny Keathley and Gary Lipe.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105

Mike was a good man and will be missed. He always had a good time with his friends. He was a mess mostly. There are so many stories that each of us can recall. He is missed greatly already.

To the family…. I have met y'all and can only express my heart felt feelings. I have spent many of times with Mike and some of y'all's family. My favorite memories are with Mike at East End, and of course one and all of y'all's homes. I pray and believe he is having a beer with my daddy, Fran. The Moore's were our neighbors back in the day. His dad had trucks and my dad had trucks. I remember being out on the Moore's carpot many a summer nights! RIP old friend!!

Mike has been my best friend for the last 60 years. He will be missed. I talked to him every week about times now and in the past . We didn't have any secret from one another.we could always talk and laugh about old times, lI will miss him dearly . God bless the Moore family.

So sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all. Mike was such a great man and was very attentive in taking care of our farm and decorating our relatives graves at St. Joseph Cemetery. My brother Bill thought the world of Mike and all he done for the Huber family while all of our families reside outside of Arkansas.
We will surely miss him.

Mike was a good friend to my dad, Bob. They spent a lot of time together and Mike was a big help to us when my dad passed away. He helped us clean out my dad's apartment which we appreciated so much. Mike will be greatly missed by so many for his friendship and his show of kindness too everyone him met.
