Mike Moore, 74, of Paris, Arkansas passed away Friday, August 29, 2025, in Fort Smith, Arkansas surrounded by family and friends.
Mike was born November 3, 1950, in Paris, Arkansas to his parents, Roy Moore and Gladys (Foster) Moore. He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving during the Vietnam War where he was awarded the Purple Heart for injuries he obtained in battle. He was the owner of M&M Construction Company and Westside Video and Tanning Beds. After selling his businesses he became an over-the-road truck driver for West Northwest Trucking and for Rogers Feed Mill. He also ran a Black Angus cattle farm. Mike loved entertaining people, he loved having family and friends over at the house for a BBQ or fish fry, watching the Razorback football game or just hanging out. He was the life of the party. Mike also enjoyed taking road trips driving up and down the highway, traveling the backroads, going to cattle auctions or riding around in his John Deere tractor.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Gladys Moore.
He is survived by his wife of eighteen years, Sharon Moore of the home; his children, Kiley Moore of Ozark, Amanda Dugan of Hackett, Brandon Moore of Paris, Lori Fairbanks of Russellville, Brian Fairbanks of Arlington, Texas and Regina McDaniel and husband, David of Sunset, Texas; his sisters, Linda Darlene Green and husband Jimmy of Hackett and Carolyn Olmstead and husband Brian of Little Rock; his grandchildren, Taylor Moore, Trevor Moore, Elise Fox, Madie Dugan, D.J. Patton, Courtney Patton, Jacob McDaniel and Halle Bradley; great grandchildren, Braydon Harrell and Joel McDaniel; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
A visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
A Celebration of Life Service will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 4, 2025, at Roller Funeral Home in Paris with burial to follow at Horne Cemetery in Midway.
Funeral service and arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
