I was Ona's only attendant at Ona & Max's wedding. We were great friends until I married and moved away. She was a great gal ! Her smile and cheerful personalty is one of my good memories. She and I were the same age. I am sorry for your loss. God bless you. Carolyn
I am saddened to hear about Ona's passing and wish to express my deepest heartfelt sympathy to the family. Ona and my mother, Nancy Jeffery, were friends for many years and Ona was always a great friend to my mom and a joy to be around. Rest in peace sweet Ona.
As so many others have said, Ona was a special person. I haven't seen her now in a number of years, but she did so many thoughtful and kind things for me over the years and was always pleasant and happy to help in any event or situation. She will certainly be missed here, but I'm sure she is happier where she is now.
So sorry Lance for your loss. Ona was one special lady. Your Dad and Mom used to take me to church with them when I was a kid. When I lived in Rosie before moving to Greers I would just stop by and visit with her. Ona will greatly be missed. Your family is in my prayers.
