Juanita Naylor Canada, 102 years old, of England, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2025. Born on April 17, 1923, in Mayflower, she lived a long and beautiful life filled with faith, family, and treasured memories.
Juanita will be deeply missed by all that knew her. She was a devoted member of First United Methodist Church, loved spending time with her family and friends, enjoyed many years as an avid antiquer, always delighted to find hidden treasures.
Juanita was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William Clay Canada Sr.; her parents William G. and Audra Diffee Naylor of Mayflower; her siblings Percy Naylor, Nadine Naylor Hall, Eugene Naylor, and Corrine Naylor Hall; her son-in-law Brady Rice; and a great-grandson Jordan Curtis.
Juanita was survived by her three children Willam Clay Canada (Kay) of Dumas, Gary Rector Canada (Hanna) of England, and Sheila Rice of England.
Juanita was survived by her grandchildren Candi Canada Curtis (Todd) of Little Rock, Kara Beth Canada Crow (Nelson) of Dumas, Amy Canada Westerman (Nathan) of Dumas, Gary Rector Canada Jr. (Angie) of England, Bradley Seth Canada (Emily) of Little Rock, Hanna Nicole Canada Luebke (Chris) of England, John Steven Rice (Erin) of Heber Springs, Brian Clay Rice of Fayetteville, and Rebecca Rice Brown (Adam) of England.
Juanita was also survived by her great-grandchildren, Lauren Curtis Jones, Brant Crow, Nelson Crow, Emma Grace White, Will White, Acie Lou Westerman, Seth Canada, Jake Canada, Turner Canada, Claire Canada, Blair Stewart, Josie Stewart, Jack Luebke, John Rice Jr., Jack Rice, AnnaClaire Rice, Jacob Frantz, Lillian Rice, Clay Rice, Andrew Brown, Brady Brown, and Jonah Brown.
Juanita also leaves behind many beloved nieces and nephews, Suzanne Rogers (Jerry) of Conway, Kenny Hall (Natalie) of Little Rock, Kim Daniels (Dale) of Highfill, Ricky Naylor (Becky) of Mayflower.
She was fortunate to share her journey with many dear friends, especially Mary Lou Baxley, Geraldine Summerhill, Carolyn Walker, and Danny Sheppard, who brought her unwavering care, companionship, many acts of kindness and joy.
Services will be held at Roller England on Saturday, August 16, at 10:00 with burial at 1:00 at Mayflower Cemetery.
