I am thankful to have married into the Daggett family and to have shared knowing the amazing Baker, Clark, Burdette and Miller families. Thankful for the love Sue and Charles gave to Shawn and I as we served in Italy and the Manchester church supported us. We enjoyed eating in your home when we were visiting New Hampshire. We enjoyed getting to know your family. And Shawn has many other memories growing up and sharing life with your family.
We look forward to seeing you soon dear Sue. And we are in prayer for you Charles, Matt and Daniel and your family as you grieve but also celebrate the life of your loved one.

My final remembrance: When Grandad George, my father-in-law, passed into his erernity on Ann and my youngest son's third birthday, January of 1977, Grandma Ruth never went back to her house. She lived with her youngest, Kay and her husband, Roy Miller for four or five years. Then Ruth moved in with Sue and Charles Burdette. I had the best sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, as well as my wife, Ann, whose Celebration of Life is the same day as Sue, because all three Baker girls and their husbands were raised to honor Jesus as Lord. To Him be honor, praise, and glory forever.

I meant to add before: Sue and Charles were caretakers together to Sue's Mother, Ruth.

Love to Sue's family and all her friends. I knew Sue from the time I arrived in New England in 1960, and was married to her older sister, Ann, since 1963. She was the devoted wife, mother, grandmother, friend to many, and Christian lady, server of others in many ways, and example of a sweet spirit to everyone. She also is to be remembered as being loving caretaker in her home of her widowed Mother for nearly 30 years. She and Ann were in constant contact personally, by phone after Sue and Charles moved to Arkansas.
We all love you, Sue.

I was privileged to know Sue and Charles through our church in Manchester, NH for many years, and additionally helped with a renovation through our company (Delicious Kitchens & Interiors) at their home. Sue was always positive, gentle, kind, helpful and supportive of the church activities pitching it at every opportunity, a gift to the congregation and the community. Her adoration for her grandchildren was evident to all, she was loved by many and will be missed.

I first met Sue in the early 80's when I went to her home in Manchester, NH to buy Sunday School materials. She and Charles ran a small bookstore out of their basement so churches in the area had better access to class materials. Over the years I got to know them both better and I saw them as exceptional examples in Christian living. Sue impressed me as one who would always jump in and help, regardless of the situation. She will be missed by all who knows her.

Sue and I worked together at Southside Middle School in Manchester, NH for 23 years. She was my right hand and always anticipated what I needed before even I knew! Beyond colleagues, we became close friends. My condolences go to her family whom she cherished dearly. I'm sure she is with the angels and looking for ways to help! Rest in peace, dear friend.

Charles, Matt and Dan, I am so very sorry for your great loss! Sue was a wonderful lady and sister in Christ. I admired how well she served and did so quietly, never looking for praises. You are all in my prayers! 🩷
