John was a faithful member of Robinson Center Church of Christ. (Best job ever!) and was very active in the church, the R & C and in the Lord's work. John was all welcoming new visitors and making new lifelong friends. He loved all of you with all his heart and was an encourager to many as well as you encouraging him, making him the loving, funny soul he was.
He loved all his fellow brothers and sisters in the Lord as family.

Mr. Christopher was such a funny, fun-loving, kind, encouraging, and welcoming person, and we cherish the memories we have of time spent with you both (especially the game nights - rummikub will ALWAYS be played by the ''Christopher rules'' at our house!). Our hearts hurt for you in this sad time, Mrs. Christopher. We love you so much, and we pray that God is close to you and strengthening you in every way you need each day. We are so grateful for the friendship and Christian influence of you and Mr. Christopher. Love and hugs to you.
Our sympathies to Joyce and the family. May the Lord wrap you in his arms and comfort you. John was one of the good men.
Joyce and all the Christopher family,
We, just like all who knew John, are saddened for you and for ourselves in the passing of John. He was such a joy to be around, his dry sense of humor was awesome. As hard as it is to loose a love one so abruptly, it is comforting to know he is with his Lord and Savior and where he is, is where we want to be as well! Our love and prayers for you all.
Joyce & family:
I'm very saddened to learn of John's passing. I've been out of state lately and did not learn of this sad news until I got back, or I would have been there for you just as you were for my family when my dad passed away. I have very fond memories of John. As long as I've known him, he was a good Christian man who "walked the walk" of a Christian. I have no doubt in my mind that he is with The Lord now and has already heard the words... "Well done thy good and faithful servant". Please know that you all will be in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless.
Bob
I had the pleasure of being John's next door neighbor for a short time. He welcomed us the day we moved in. Though our friendship was unexpectedly cut short by his passing, I rejoice in the fact that he is with his Savior. He was a wonderful man and a great example.
So sorry to hear about John I did know until just a little bit ago or I would would have been there praying for you, Joyce and your family
We would see Mr. John a couple of times a week at the church while cleaning. He always had a kind presence. Wishing peace and comfort to his loved ones.
