Norma Jewel Fletcher Henry Toddy, 89, of Jonesboro, AR passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at her home. She was born January 8, 1936 in Upper Popular Ridge, AR to Albert and Tillie (McHalffey) Fletcher. Norma worked for ADT and when she retired, she helped at Deborah's Daycare. She was of the Church of Christ belief. Norma loved flower gardening, shopping, especially on ''Black Friday'', flea markets, driving and visiting, and most of all, playing with her great grandkids and talking with her granddaughters.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 32 years, Gerald L. Henry; her husband of 12 years, Wilford Toddy; three brothers, James, Calvin and Duel Fletcher and three sisters, Juanita Loggins, Hilda Sisk and Betty Lou Pittman.
Those left behind to cherish the wonderful memories of Norma include her daughter, Deborah Henry Appleby; two granddaughters, Jessica (Daniel) Rickman and Sarah (Michael) Burrus; three great grandchildren, Arianne Rickman, Flynn Rickman and Eva Grace Burrus; three brothers, Quentin (Betty) Fletcher of Trumann, AR, Wendal (Francis) Fletcher of Beebe, AR and David (Diane) Fletcher of Brookland, AR and three sisters, Janice (Gaylon) Brooks of Trumann, Linda (Bill) Reed of Brookland and Brenda (Butch) Dobbs of Jonesboro.
Chapel services will be held at 11 am Friday, August 1, 2025 at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 West Washington Avenue in Jonesboro with Jimmy Young officiating. Burial will follow at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will precede the service and begin at 9:30 am.
Clayton Fletcher, Mark Dobbs, Scott Brown, Brian Green, Timmy Stonecipher, Travis Fletcher and Larry Cole will serve as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests lasting memorials be made in Norma's honor to The Children's Home, Inc., 5515 Walcott Road, Paragould, AR 72450.
