Bret Sterlin Kimbrell, 61, of Clinton Arkansas passed away on July 24, 2025. He was born in Leslie, Arkansas on July 6, 1964. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Frank and Virgie Kimbrell, parents Sterlin Kimbrell and Wanda Wheeler, and brother, Clint Kimbrell.

Bret was a heavy equipment operator in his later years and hung sheetrock in his earlier years. He was a true outdoorsman and when he wasn't working you could always find him fishing or hunting. He also enjoyed riding horses and competed in chuckwagon races around the Ozarks for many years.

He is survived by his children: Teri Kimbrell and Michael Trujillo, William Kimbrell and Angie Kimbrell, their children Zachary Hulslander, Allie Hulslander, and Lilly Kimbrell; Matt Gardner and Randall Gardner, child, Savannah Charm Gardner; and Brandon Gardner and Shoney Gardner, their children, Jamie Hardy, Emily Grace Gardner, and Trinity Gardner. He is also survived by sisters Vera Kimbrell, Sherry Threet and brother James Stidham along with his nephew Grey Kimbrell and nieces Brittany Miller and Brandie Chapman.

The family will receive friends at 6:00pm Friday August 1, 2025, at Roller McNutt funeral home in Clinton, Arkansas.
