He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, holding both Third and Fourth Degree status.
He served his country in the U.S. Army Medical Division, both on active duty and in the Reserve. After retiring from farming, he found joy in woodworking, spending countless hours in his workshop crafting projects for family and friends.

Bobby was a good friend to me and my family. He taught me so much about farming and just being a good person. He was a strong positive influence on my life and I will be forever grateful that he was a part of my life. He will be missed. Rest in peace Bobby. I will never forget you.
Brother and wonderful friend, you will be missed. I met Bob when we moved to Summer Hill. I don't recall our first meeting, but we developed a strong relationship over the years. Did so many things together, helped each other and shared many occasions.
God bless, love you, may we continue our friendship when we meet in heaven.
Until then, we will pray for Mary Ann and the family.
So sorry to hear of Bob's passing. Well done, good and faithful servant. You will be missed by many.
We are so sorry for your loss. We will always remember Bobby for his kindness and his humor. He touched so many lives in such a positive way. We will continue to pray for Mary Ann and their daughters and we will be there Wednesday to celebrate his life.
