Jerry Lee Nicholson, 74, of Bee Branch was born on May 23, 1951 in Morganton, Arkansas to the late Junior Lawrence and Hazel (Rogers) Nicholson and passed from this life on July 26, 2025 at his home. He was a man of many abilities, however, he was a farmer at heart. Jerry cut more wood and more hay than most people ever see in a lifetime. He was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, his father and one sister, Virginia Ann Nicholson.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Alletta Nicholson; his mother, Hazel Nicholson; two children, Jeremy Nicholson (Clarissa), Tracy Ann Light; three stepchildren, Stephanie Sites, Misty Bradley, Ashley Bradley; six siblings, Wilma Waits (Gary), Winnie Krisell, Max Nicholson, Betty Lee (Wayne), Patty Atkisson, William Nicholson (Amanda); two grandchildren, Kristen Crawford (Chris), Jeremy Lucas Nicholson (Cecelia); nine step grandchildren; three great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and many friends.
A memorial service will be held in his honor at a later date at the Mt. Zion General Baptist Church in Morganton. The Reverend Dylan Book will be officiating.
