My deep condolences for your family and friends. I went to McClellan with Phil.
From my daughter: Mr Phil was right with the Lord; I think Papa Larry was there to welcome him to the heavenly outdoor kitchen..
Chris,
We've been family since a very hot day in 1999. Celebrating weddings, births, birthdays, holidays, ballgames, and graduations. Our families have worshiped together and grieved together. We're so sorry for the heartache you and all of Richardsons are bearing. Phil will be missed by many, but we will celebrate with you all today. Celebrate the person he was and his victory in Jesus!!

Phil and I have been friends since high school. Several of of us were fortunate to have a friendly breakfast with him over the past several months. Phil did not complain and still joked up until his passing. Rest in peace my friend......till we meet again.
Dear beloved family n loved ones ,
I am a McClellan graduate also and had the pleasure of going to school with Ted but also knew Phil in his younger years. His personality could light up a room . My heart hurts with you losing your precious husband, brother, dad and grandfather 🙏🏼I pray that one day when your tears lessen you can continue to share the funny wonderful stories about your Phil ..I wanted to come celebrate his life but I was unable... My sincere sympathy,Missy Mahan White
To those of us who worked closely with him, Phil wasn't just a co-worker he was a mentor, a teammate, and a trusted friend. His honesty, expertise, and ability to lead by example left a mark on all of us.
I know I speak for many of our fellow sales colleagues those still with us and those we've lost when I say Phil's passing is a deep and painful loss. We shared countless great times at our annual Orbit Valve sales meetings, where salesmen from across North America would gather to talk shop, share strategies, and swap stories. There was always laughter, camaraderie, a little competitiveness, and a whole lot of fun whether we were talking about clients, playing golf, fishing, water skiing, or enjoying a fine meal together.
Those days hold some of my fondest memories, and Phil was always at the heart of them. His spirit, humour, and professionalism will never be forgotten.
Rest in peace, my friend. You will be deeply missed.
We'll miss you Phil! See you on the other side! ❤️

Phillip will be missed. When I first started with QRC he would call me to explain Orbit valves to me, and I would laugh because he would always call me Sylvia. :) My last name was Silva but for some reason he thought it was my first name. Very sweet person he will truly be missed.
My Sincere condolences,
Felice Silva
