January 26, 1956 - July 20, 2025
William ''Wild Bill'' Waters, 69, of Paris, Arkansas passed away peacefully on Sunday July 20th 2025 with his brother, Pete by his side. Bill was born on January 26, 1956 in Philadelphia, PA to James and Eleanor (Ryan) Waters.
Bill was a retired carpenter who shared many stories of work he had done in South Florida. Once retired, Bill headed out to Arkansas to enjoy the free range of life. He enjoyed the outdoors, stargazing, riding his side by side, taking pictures of nature, boating, fishing and especially riding his motorcycle. Bill rode that motorcycle all over the states, Moab being his last ride with friends. He earned the name ''Wild Bill'' by his friends for his many life adventures & experiences. Wild Bill had so many great memories and he wasn't shy to share his stories from the Jersey Shore to Costa Rica and everywhere in between.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, James ''AJ'' Waters.
He is survived by two sisters, Peggy Waters of Bartlett, Illinois and Eleanor Hendricks and husband, Bruce of Bartlett, Illinois; one brother, Pete Waters and wife, Julie of Doylestown, Pennsylvania; his nieces and nephews, Matthew Waters, Colleen Maginn and fiancé Yalonda Roberts, Lindsay Antonios and husband, Adam and Brian Hendricks and wife, Casey and his great nieces, Ellie Rose Antonios and Bella Antonios.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.

Condolences to the Waters Family. May Bill rest in peace, he was definitely one of a kind. He was a great neighbor and we thoroughly enjoyed his stories by the neighborhood driveway fires, our street has never been much fun since he moved. And the carpentry work he did in my home was amazing, we're definitely grateful to have known Bill 🙏
