of Conway, AR
January 15, 1963 - July 8, 2025
James "Jim" Gault, 62, of Conway, Arkansas passed away peacefully on July 8, 2025. Born on January 15, 1963 in Miami, Florida. Jim was known for his strong work ethic, kind heart and unwavering honesty.
Jim built a life through dedication and hard work in the construction field, where he became known as a true "Mr. Fix It". Whether it was a neighbor in need or a family member with a broken sink, Jim was always the first to lend a hand or a tool. He had a natural talent for fixing things, but his greatest skill was making people feel cared for and supported.
He was a proud father and grandfather who cherished his time with his children and grandchildren. His love for family ran deep and his legacy of compassion and integrity lives on through those who knew him best.
Jim is survived by his father, Larry (Iva) Gault; his loving children, Matt Gault, Caley Gault and Mitchell Gault; his brother, Charles Gault; grandchildren, Jackson, Ava, Gage and Bailey, Wyatt and Nicholas and many other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Janet Gault and his sister, Elizabeth Gault.
A gathering of friends will be on July 24, 2025 from 5-7:00pm to honor Jim's life and memory.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that acts of kindness be extended to others in his spirit, lend a hand, share a smile or help someone in need.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
