Carole Sue (Catton) Mayfield went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 13, 2025 at 2:22 p.m., surrounded by her loving family.
Born on December 16, 1942, Carole was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother whose life was a testament to faith, love and grace. She is now joyfully reunited in Heaven with her beloved husband, Jimmie Doyle Mayfield; her first son, Craig Jackson; her parents, George Catton Sr. and Rose Catton; her brother, George and her sister, Martha.
Carole leaves behind a family who will forever cherish her memory: her son, Greg Jackson (Tracy); daughter, Cheryl Diane Cox; son, Lance Mayfield (Kelli); her grandchildren, Brittany Johnson (David), Daniel Jackson (Katie), Colin Jackson, Andrew Alexander, Haleigh Cox, Luke Mayfield and Lainey Mayfield; as well as ten great-grandchildren who were the light of her eyes.
Carole's gentle spirit, steadfast faith and warm heart touched everyone she met. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
A celebration of her life will be held graveside at Pinecrest Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 7401 AR-5 Alexander AR, 72002, Thursday July 17th at 2:00 pm.

I was only around your mother and Grandmother a couple of times. But she was the most kind and Strong person and I loved playing bingo with her. So sorry for your loss.
