May 27, 1940 - July 10, 2025

Virgie Winkler, 85, loving mother, nana and friend, passed away peacefully after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease on July 10, 2025. Although the disease had taken away her ability to recognize the faces of family and friends, she never failed to show love to everyone she met.

She is survived by her children, Richard and Bobbie Winkler of Waco, Texas; Tim Winkler of Mayflower; Susan Winkler of Bryant; Sherri and Jimmy Christ of Mayflower and Sister, Carletta Garver of Alexander. She was Nana to her 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 64 years, Richard Winkler; granddaughter, Kayla Winkler and great-grandson, Logan Yoakuml Parents, Carl and Floy Mayhan and Sisters, Wanda Rollans, Vernell Plunkett, Brenda Winemiller and Kay Canerdy.

Visitation will be held at Roller-Drummond of Little Rock on July 18, 2025 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Roller-Drummond on July 19, 2025 at 12:30 p.m. Burial will follow at Pine Crest Memorial Park at 2:00 pm.
