Mr Russell D. Noyes 87, of Omaha, Arkansas, passed away June 29, 2025 in Harrison, Arkansas. Russell was born on October 31, 1937, to Raymond and Priscilla K Noyes in Bristol, Connecticut. He was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, serving for 4 years, serving in Tripoli, Libya and Darmstadt, Germany. Russell married Ursula K. Heiselitz. Russell spent many years working as an insurance salesman, later owning a bed and breakfast. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and one son, Dean Noyes. He is survived by his son, Marc (Maria) Noyes of Omaha, Arkansas. A private service will be held at a later date.
