Mr. Russell D. Noyes, age 87, of Omaha, Arkansas, passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2025, in Harrison, Arkansas. Russell was born on October 31, 1937, to Raymond and Priscilla Noyes, in Bristol, Connecticut.
He was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, serving for 4 years; serving in Tripoli, Libya and Darmstadt, Germany. Russell married Ursula K. Heiselitz. Russell spent many years working as an insurance salesman, later owning a Bed and Breakfast.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; and one son, Dean Noyes. He is survived by his son, Marc (Maria) Noyes of Omaha, Arkansas.
A private service will be held at a later date.
