Leah Ann Adams, age 75, entered eternal rest on June 26, 2025 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Born on August 9, 1949 in Wynne, Arkansas, Leah lived a life marked by compassion, strength and unwavering devotion to her family.

She is preceded in death by her father, Orus C. Puckett; her mother, June Newsom Puckett Camp and her brothers, Orus C. Puckett Jr. and Kenneth Puckett. Their memories remained close to Leah's heart throughout her life.

Leah is lovingly remembered by her husband, Greg Adams and her three daughters, Vanessa Bush, Tiffany Milburn and Hillary Bush. She was a proud grandmother to Heather Gill, Alyssa Milburn and Anya Carrillo, each of whom brought her immense joy and pride.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2025 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis, Arkansas from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Graveside service will follow at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion, Arkansas.
