With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Charles Lee Apple, who went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at the age of 92. Born on Magazine Mountain in Paris, Arkansas, on April 13, 1933, Charles lived a full and meaningful life marked by service, faith, and dedication. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and went on to build a remarkable career in Southern California. Charles spent 35 years working at Disneyland, where he became a treasured part of the magic, and dedicated 38 years to Selman Chevrolet, earning the respect and admiration of colleagues and customers alike.

A devoted Christian, Charles was a longtime member of Kindred Community Church in Anaheim Hills, where he worshiped faithfully for more than 20 years. Well into his nineties, he remained active and independent, driving himself to the local Senior Center over three times a week to participate in the community he so deeply loved.

Charles was a cherished brother, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He is survived by his two sisters, his brother, his daughter, two sons, a large and loving group of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and one step-daughter. His life was rich with love, meaningful relationships, and a heart devoted to serving others throughout his many roles as a father, grandfather, and friend.

Charles will be remembered for his gentle spirit, unwavering faith, strong work ethic, and the quiet joy he brought to everyone around him. His legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

A graveside service will be held at Mt. Salem Cemetery with date and service time announced in the coming days.
