Sammy Burns, Sr., 92, of Conway, Arkansas went to be with the Lord, June 22, 2025. He was born November 5, 1932, in Ratio, Arkansas to Sam and Hattie (Towe) Burns.
Sammy was preceded in death by, his sister, Inez; one grandchild, and one great-great- grandchild. He spent his life loving his family, fishing, gardening, cooking every chance he got.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Ruby Burns; his children Mark, John, and Sammy Jr.; 12 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
There will be a visitation on Friday, June 27, 2025, at 10:00am, followed by funeral services at 11:00am at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, Arkansas. Interment will be at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock, Arkansas, on Monday June 30, 2025.
