Mr. Elmer McFarland, 80, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, June 21, 2025, in Mountain Home. He was born on February 15, 1945, in Mountain Home to Lawrence ''Bud'' and Edith (Strain) McFarland. He was a lifelong bulldozer operator who enjoyed hunting, fishing, whittling, mowing, and telling stories.

Elmer is survived by four sons: Jimmy McFarland, Stephen McFarland, Donnie McFarland (Christine), and Timothy McFarland (Jessica); seven grandchildren: Austin, Autumn, Brooke, Dakota, Bailey, Trey, and Jakob; three great-grandchildren: Cameron, Arya, and River, and sister: Namoa Moody. He was preceded in death by his parents and four siblings: Ray, Jesse, Robert Lynn, and Rosie.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Roller Funeral Home.
