Edmond C. Shewmake, age 80, of Roland, Arkansas passed away on Monday, June 9, 2025. He was born on February 16, 1945, in Roland, Arkansas to the late Jess and Ruby Shewmake.
Edmond is survived by two children: Joey Shewmake (Debra) and Amanda Upton, both of Texas; Two sisters, Mary Forrester (Thurman) and Katie Hoyle, both of Roland, Arkansas; One brother, James Shewmake (Carolyn), of Roland, Arkansas; five grandchildren, Trey, Gavin, Erica, Antonio and Keegan and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Edmond is preceded in death by his Parents Jess and Ruby Shewmake; Two brothers, J.R. Shewmake and Elmer Lee Shewmake; and his lifetime Companion, Freda Rippeto.
Visitation will be 2:00PM until 4:00PM, Sunday, June 15, 2025 at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, with funeral at 10:00am, Monday, June 16, in the chapel of Roller-Chenal Funeral Home with the Rev. Jean Zulpo officiating. Burial will follow at the Zulpo Cemetery on Wye Mountain, 33223 Hwy 300, Roland, Arkansas 72135, with Earl, Justin and Jeremy Seigrist; Ritchie and Scotty Benson; Keith, Rodney and Tony Shewmake serving as pallbearers.
