Sorry for your loss..
Love and prayers
Rest in Peace Robbie, you were like a brother. Ive known you , Sheri & Tug longer than anyone else I know. My heart is broken but I know you're in good hands. Say Hi to John for me when you get to that big river. Much love and condolences to Sheri & Joy
I remember when Robert, Huston Dover, and I got into a food fight in the cafeteria in elementary school. Peas, we threw the peas. Robert had really blonde hair and smashed a bunch of peas through his hair that I threw at him. Yes, we ended up getting into trouble, but I will never forget that. Such a funny memory. You will be missed Robert very much.
Joy and Sherrie I am so sorry I hate to hear this, my heart goes out to you all. If I can help anyway just holler
May your family find peace.
I am so sorry to hear of Robert's passing. He was a friend and a classmate of 85
May your rest be peaceful Rob. 🕊️
Rob was a loyal friend, always willing to lend a hand if I needed help. He was always in good spirits and viewed life with a positive point of view. My condolences all of the family.
Sincere condolences and many prayers. Rob was a great person. He was kind caring and loving. My family always thought of him as a member of our family. He will be greatly missed.
Rest peacefully my friend. I remember our teenage years fondly.
So sorry for your loss, yall are in my prayers.
Dang it, Rob. A lot of missed opportunities to know our girls and meet your amazing granddaughter, Millie. What I wouldn't give to go fishing with you one more time. To hear your laugh and see your smile. Rest in peace, be at peace, and know you were loved. Always.
Go rest high upon the mountain
I am so deeply saddened to hear of Rob's passing away!
Rob was the very first person I met when we moved to Lakeview from Hammond Indiana. My parents bought and ran E.E. Turner Grocery in Lakeview. We lived in the back of the store. The Shaws lived down the road behind the store. Me and Rob became instant friends. As well as his mom and dad and my parents. They used to come down to the store on Wednesday night to wait for the Baxter Bulletin. We played with our Hot Wheels all the time. Played football behind Bay Breeze resort. Would go hunting for bottles to turn in for change to buy candy. All of us kids used to play all day long and come back to the house when the vapor lights came on! Or when our folks would call us! We would ride our bikes or walk to Lakeview beach and go swimming and playing through the park. It was the best of times.
My deepest sympathy to his children and grandchildren and to Sherri and Joy. We all shared so many good times together!
I just saw Rob a couple weeks ago at work. I was outside of my store and he grabbed my arm to say hello with that big grin on his face while going to his vehicle! A friend for life whom I will miss!!
Rest in peace my dear friend.

Sorry to hear about Robbie
Joy, Sheri and family. Shocked and Sorry to hear this. Rob was a fun guy. My memories with him was working at the Dairy Queen-Brazier on main street in Mountain Home in the mid to late 80's. He was a good grill line cook. Joy and Sheri were also part of the DQ family. I think Rob even made a trip down the Water Whip. Like I said, so sorry to hear. 57 is to young for leaving.
Take care,
Jim Floyd
