Bonnie Sue Mize, age 90, of Wynne, Arkansas passed away on May 25, 2025.
Bonnie was born into a loving and musical family, the daughter of Roy and Dola Fowler, both of whom preceded her in death. She found great joy in singing hymns with her family growing up, a tradition that reflected her deep love for faith and fellowship.
Bonnie was married to the late J.D. Mize, with whom she shared a devoted life. She was also preceded in death by her beloved son, James Mize. Her daughter, Rhonda Mize, survives her.
She leaves behind a cherished legacy through her grandchildren, James Don, Jr., Kristie Wallace, Scott Gibson, Sarah Strauss and Samantha Gilbert. Her memory will also live on in her great-grandchildren, Jacey, Tyson, Graham, Shara and Christina.
Bonnie retired from Sanyo Manufacturing after many years of dedicated work. In her retirement, she enjoyed reading, gardening and spending time with her church family. She especially loved sharing meals and memories at the old Pancho's restaurant in West Memphis.
Bonnie will be remembered for her unwavering love of family, her warm spirit and the joy she found in life's simple blessings.

Aunt Bonnie will be greatly missed. Though I haven't seen her in years, I'll never forget all the family reunions where her smile and laugh would light up any room!
No doubt she's lighting up every room in heaven. I wish the family peace and healing.

So sorry to hear of the passing of my precious friend from years ago! Ken and I enjoyed many meals in Bonnie's home when we pastored the Wynne COG! I always looked forward to Friday's when we would have her fried catfish, slaw and her delicious oven fried potatoes! Bonnie and J.D. were cherished and faithful church members! My love and prayers are for Rhonda and all of this dear family!
