Billie Williams, 97, of England, Arkansas went to be with the Lord Tuesday, May 20, 2025. She was born in Scott, Arkansas on September 23, 1927 to John and Louise Broyles.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ellis (Mush) Williams, Jr.; son-in-law, Paul Pate; granddaughter, Meredith Ann Strohl and son, Charles (Hootie) Gibson. She is survived by one sister, Johnnie Abbate of New Orleans; sons, Jim (Becky) Ralph, Bubba (Glea) Williams; daughters, Rena Pate (Jack Sebree), Peggy Stuckey and Patricia (Sammy) Abbate. She was Granny to a large number of grandkids and great grandkids.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed her plants and flowers, was a wonderful cook and homemaker, canned vegetables, loved fishing and was loved by many who knew and came across her in her life. She was a member of Landmark Baptist Church in England, Arkansas. She will be missed more than words can ever be said.
Graveside services at Mulberry Cemetery will be Friday, May 23, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. with a visitation at 1:30 P.M.
Arrangements are by Roller England Funeral Home (501) 842-3939.

Mrs. Billie was EVERYBODY'S Mama......She made you feel like you were her child also. I Loved hearing her call me Sugar......She still was the same Mrs. Billie when I saw her days ago; she told me Sugar, I still remember you getting me that License Plate with my Initials on it.......She was a Character and Everyone Loved her Dearly. The Lord Blessed Her Family to Have Her for Many Years and That was Priceless. Prayers For her Entire Family. Love You All

I'll always remember Aunt Billie's smiles and welcoming hugs when we came to visit. She always had a great meal for us too. She was a special person to all her family and friends and will be missed. ❤️

I have many fond memories of Mrs. Billie while growing up, she was like a second mother to me. She was a great cook! I will always remember the fun times we had. She will be missed.
