William Randal Bixler, 80, of Paris, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 in Paris. He was born on December 12, 1944 in Blaine County, Oklahoma to his parents, Claude William and Celestial Adela (Fields) Bixler.
William was a United States Navy Veteran having served in Vietnam and was a retired construction worker.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Claude William and Celestial Adela (Fields) Bixler.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Monday, May 19, 2025 at Fort Smith National Cemetery under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
