Lesley Dunston Obert, age 56, of West Memphis, passed away on April 25, 2025. Born on November 17, 1968, in West Memphis, Arkansas, Lesley lived a life marked by love, generosity, and dedication to those around her.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Memphis and enjoyed a meaningful career before retiring from the state of Tennessee. Known for her warm heart and quiet strength, Lesley touched many lives with her kindness and compassion.

Lesley is survived by her devoted husband, Mark C. Obert; her mother, Mary Ann Fisher (William); her brother, Brian Ray Dunston (Leigh) of Brentwood, Tennessee; and her stepdaughter, Kim McCutcheon (Casey) of St. Augustine, Florida. She was a proud grandmother to Branlee McCutcheon and a loving aunt to Raley Dunston, Madalyn Dunston, and Donnie Reece Dunston.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donnie Ray Dunston, and her stepson, Mark C. Obert.

Lesley will be deeply missed and forever remembered for the love she gave so freely and the lives she brightened every day.

Lesley was always a ray of sunshine when you were around her. We spent a lot of time around her many years ago and had a lot of good times! I know she will be missed by her family and friends.
