Nevada'Lei Justice NeRee Nation, a beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, and niece was born on October 12, 2024, and passed away on May 2, 2025. Her little life has touched the hearts of everyone who knew her, bringing joy and love to her family and friends.

Nevada'Lei was preceded in death by her big sister, Nola, grandmother, Nickie Nation; grandfather, Marcus Cole, great-grandfather, Fred Lucas; cousin, Justin Lucas, and aunt, Dodie Lucas.

She is survived by her parents, Ashley Haggard and Nikko Nation (Desiree); brothers, Blaze, Gage, Trent, Nolan, and Nyxon; sisters, Skylei, Nakayla, and Novalei; grandmother, Debbie Lucas, grandfather, Lewis Haggard; grandfather, Darryl Shell; great grandmother, Jerri Lucas and Clara Deloney, aunts, Krystn Haggard, Meagan Harrison (Jason), Shanitra Shell and Daveonna Shell, and a host of other family members and friends.

Although Nevadal'Lei is in the arms of Jesus, we will forever cherish the moments we spent holding her tiny hands and watching her smile light up the room. A Memorial Service will be held for family and friends at Roller-Owens Funeral Home in North Little Rock, AR at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.

Following her service, the repass will be held at 5112 w. 14th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72204.
