Eugene Edward Ross (Gene) passed away on Sunday, May 4, in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Born on May 18, 1968, in Anchorage, Alaska, to Joe Edward Ross and Tal Sue Ross, Gene was known for his kind-hearted and compassionate nature, as well as his love for his family.

Gene worked as a mechanic in Texas, a hotel manager in Dutch Harbor, Alaska, and was currently working at Baxter Lab in Mountain Home. His hobbies included weight lifting, martial arts, origami, and riding motorcycles.

Gene was a loving son, brother, and uncle to many nephews and nieces. He is survived by his dad, Charles Price; his sister, Linda Ross, and her children, Launa and Michelle; his brother, George Ross, and his wife, Beth, and their children, Joey and Emma Sue; and his little sister, Tonya Price, and Mike Lopez, and their children, Christian and his wife, Samantha Price, Rachel Golota, and Jacob Lopez, as well as many great nieces and nephews.

Gene was preceded in death by his father, Joe Ross, and his mother, Tal Sue Price.

Gene had a deep love for his family and a passion for travel. He explored the world and made unforgettable memories along the way. He was loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, May 16, from 3:00-6:00 pm in the event room at The North Central Arkansas Food Bank, 1042 Highland Circle, Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Gene was a very caring and loving young man. He always had a smile and would stick up for his friends and cared about each of them greatly. He will be missed very much! Praying for his family. God Bless You.
