Regina Rae Watson Mynatt of Mount Pleasant, AR born August 11, 1967, in Lafayette, Louisiana to Hershel Ray Watson and Barbara Baugh Douglas. She moved to Forrest City in 1973. She was preceded in death by her father, grandparents Clois and Martha Rose Dickinson of Hot Springs, Arkansas and Johnnie and Matilda "Ted" Ford Watson of Earle, Arkansas.
She leaves behind three children, Lindsay Ludwig of Ellsinore, MO, Casey Mynatt of N. Little Rock and Lance Mynatt of the home. She also leaves behind her mother of Malvern, AR, her sister, Susan Johnson of Marianna, AR, and two grandsons, Wyatt Dean Leger of Colt, AR, and Micheal Ray Spicer of Missouri along with many cousins, aunts and uncles and close friends.
Gina was an avid bowler and served the Batesville, AR USBC in several capacities including President, Vice President, association manager, league secretary, and many years as a board member. She also held two state bowling titles, Arkansas State Women's singles and as an Arkansas State Mixed team member. She most recently won a runner up national doubles title in Chicago at the USBC Women's Championships. Growing up, she was also a member of the NECA Horse Show Association, and later a member of Hillbilly and NAWA Horse Show Associations.
She graduated from Forrest City High School in 1985, where she was in the band, a cheerleader, a member of the Beta Club and Mu Alpha Theta and was one of the first female members of the local FCA. She was also a softball player for many, many years from little league to USSSA. She attended college at Arkansas State University where she was an accounting major and a member of the Phi Mu sorority.
Gina was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017, and then metastatic breast cancer in June 2020, and fought it til the end and asks that in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Metavivor.org
Pallbearers are Mike Frye, Shane Reach, Bryan Barksdale, Kenneth Ballard, Kenny Kalahiki, Bobby Dugger, and Andy Weir. Honorary Pallbearers include Lance Mynatt and Barrett Byer.
Funeral services will begin at 10:00am Monday, May 12, 2025 at Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville. Burial will take place at 2:00pm Monday, May 12, 2025 at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion, Arkansas.
There will be a private visitation prior to the service.

Her smile wil be missed but it will shine through her children and all the wonderful memories she has left us to cherish. She was a true warrior. My heart is with you all. I know I will miss our precious cousin.

I'm sorry to hear of Gina's passing. I got to know Gina when we were involved with the Independence County Cancer Relay for Life Committee. She was an amazing woman. May God be with her family today and the days ahead.ðŸ™ðŸ˜
