Kelsi Dawn Li, 31, of Keiser, AR, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at UPMC in Harrisburg, PA. She was born on May 31, 1993, in Jonesboro, AR, to Benjamin and Dawn (Guerrier) Soto. Kelsi obtained a bachelor's degree in economics and worked as a claim representative for Cigna Health Care. In her spare time, she was an artist and a kitchen designer.
Kelsi leaves behind her parents, Benjamin and Dawn, a sister, Christina Soto; boyfriend, Braden Downy; and a host of family and friends.
A graveside service will be Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Oak Ridge Cemetery with Bro Michael Lloyd officiating.
A celebration of life and meal will be held after the service at The Church of God 7th Day Adventist, 2821 W. Washington Ave, Jonesboro.
Arrangements are under the care of Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home.
