Virginia Levern Bowen (Wheeler) of Marked Tree, AR departed this life Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at the age of 95. She was born on December 3, 1929 in Marked Tree AR to David Curtis Wheeler and Lanie Wheeler. She was the second oldest of twelve children.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Joseph Bowen; her daughter, Joyce and son, Howard (Katy Hodo Cook) and many brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her granddaughter, Shelley and great granddaughter, Kati Hermann and lots of Family and Friends.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, May 5th at 11:00 a.m. in Crittenden Memorial Park in West Memphis, AR. Virginia will be laid to rest beside her husband, Joseph Bowen and other family members.
Virginia asked for The Lord's Prayer to be read at her passing and no flowers to be purchased. Please respect her wishes and let her rest in peace.
