Alice D. McKinney, 93, of Lexa, Arkansas passed away January 31, 2025. She was born on October 10, 1931 to Rube Oxner and Jessie Daily Oxner in Rondo, Arkansas.
She is survived by two sons, Larry McKinney (Peggy) of North Little Rock, Arkansas; Tommy McKinney (Melanie) of Moro, Arkansas; one daughter, Patricia McBride (Allen) of Rondo, Arkansas; six grandchildren, Lance McKinney, Jeremy McKinney (Daniele), Nicole Huddleston, Deke Mooney, Tina Stevens and Cassie Buehler; nine great-grandchildren, Cole Huddleston, Sydnee Huddleston, McKayla Huddleston, Adelai Dane, Scarlett McKinney, Lyla McKinney, Emily Grigsby, Christopher Wyatt, Henley Creasy; one great-great grandchild, Jameson Johnson and several nieces, nephews and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Roy McKinney; granddaughter, Megan McKinney Dane; one grandson, Heath McKinney and one great-grandson, Carter Grigsby; one sister, Mollie James and nine brothers, Jonas, Daniel, Dean, J.D., Owens, Lee, Ruben, Alfred and Bryant Oxner.
She loved gardening flowers, reading, camping and water skiing.
Pallbearers will be Lance McKinney, Jeremy McKinney, Deke Mooney, Colton Johnson, Justin Jones and Ricky Oxner.
Funeral services for Mrs. Alice will be held Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at Rondo Baptist Church in Rondo, Arkansas. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services.
