My husband and I are the neighbors of Mr. Leroy. From the day we met him he has always been a ray of sunshine! He always looked out for us. We loved seeing him in his garden each year and enjoyed the vegetables as well. Him and my husband would always talk each morning. He would be out early in the morning to have a chat with my husband when he got off work. We will most definitely miss Mr. Leroy! Prayers to his family.
