of North Little Rock, AR
March 21, 1937 - January 8, 2025
Billie Ann Moseley went to be with Jesus January 8, 2025 surrounded by her loved ones. Billie was born March 21, 1937 to the late Bill and Elizabeth Ashmore. She was born and raised in Russellville, Arkansas.
She attended Arkansas Tech where she was a majorette. She was employed at Twin City Bank for 37 years. After retiring, she worked alongside her daughter in her consignment store.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, JR Ashmore and infant daughter, Donna Jean.
She is survived by her children, Karen Thornton (Tom) and Robb Moseley; grandson, Hunter Moseley and extended family. She was blessed to have many friends and so many of those friends blurred the lines between friendship and family. Billie loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and gave that gift to her children. If you knew her you know she was one of the sweetest ladies ever born.
Funeral to be held Sunday, January 12, 2025 at Central Baptist Church in North Little Rock at 3:00pm with visitation at 2:30. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to Central Baptist Church NLR.

Billie was a sweet lady always very nice to me and my family. Rest in peace prayers for all the family.
I met Billie in 1970 at my first banking job. She never forgot me and I was honored to call her my friend. Our paths crossed many times. A great mentor and hard worker. She will be missed. RIP my friend.
To Billy’s Family,
So sorry to her of her passing. Billy lived across the street from us on Country Club. Such a wonderful lady. We would leave for the weekend and call Billy to make sure we had put the garage door down. I in turn had her key code for her garage in case she needed me to check behind her. Sorry to say, I lost touch with her when she moved. But thought of her often with fond memories.
All are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Faye & Ken

Robb, Karen and Tom,
Our families have been connected together our whole lives since our moms lived next to each other, even before I was born! "Aunt" Billie was loved by our family and won't be forgotten, especially everything she has done for my mom. I know we will see her again in heaven. Love Scott and Sarah

A super fine person loved by all.
Billie will be certainly miss by all. She was only one of a kind. I owed her my thanks for referring the best position in the bank to me after I had just got a job with her. She told me I was the one for the Senior Citizen position. Best job I had. It was so rewarding to me. Rest in peace my dear friend. I love you! Bea
Billie was a very valued teammate, you could count on her to get any job done right and on time with a smile. She took great care of our customers and helped co workers learn and progress(she knew most everything!). Family was important as well. Billie Ann, thank you, we were all better as a result of your presence. God Bless. Thanks Bob and Trish
