Anna Marie Moore

of Flippin, AR

March 21, 1960 - May 13, 2024

Anna Marie Moore, 64, passed from this life on May 13, 2024. She was born to the late Van and Sue (Ivie) Neal on March 21, 1960 in Pekin, Illinois.

Anna is preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Terry Neal and Barbara Neal.

Anna was a member of Mt. Zion General Baptist Church in Morganton, Arkansas. In 1978, she was Miss Arkansas Basketball All-Star and Most Valuable Player. Youth sports were important to her. She coached and played basketball throughout her life, engraining the love of the game into her children and grandchildren. She was her family's greatest fan and cheerleader. When Anna wasn't at a ball game, she was watching the hummingbirds or caring for her family, youth and friends. She showed love by giving her time to so many whom she cared for whether they were blood related or a brother or sister in Christ she was there for them.

Anna and Jack married right after high school and were married for 46 years. Two sons graced this union; Justin Moore (Kaci) and Robert Moore. She is also survived by three grandchildren; Jaxon, Maddox and Knox; a brother, Robbie Neal (LeAnne) of Australia; other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be at 1:00 pm on Monday, May 20, 2024 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home. A graveside service and burial will follow immediately after the visitation at Morganton Cemetery.

Anna you will be sadly missed but always in our heart. So many wonderful memories of you, not only were you my sister but my friend as well. Your strength, caring nature, empathy and warmth were just some of your many traits that lead all who met you to admire and love you. Thank you for being such a wonderful sister, you will never be forgotten.

Keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers. My world will be a little darker without Anna. She was definitely a great support person in my life. I have been so blessed to have been able to call her my friend and my life was made better by having known her. May God be with the family and comfort you like no one else can.
