Barbara Lee Hoffman Winder Bain, age 71 of Marshall, Arkansas passed from this earthly life on Friday, March 1st, 2024 at her home. She was born in Amarillo, Texas on June 26th, 1952 to Ranter Lee Hoffman Sr. and Jeannie Jeannette Jordan Hoffman.
Barbara graduated from Marshall High School in 1971. She went to college in the Dallas area and obtained a degree in Dietary Sciences. She went on to work at several area hospitals in Texas as a dietitian. She was of the Southern Baptist faith. Barbara had a very caring and giving nature. She spent the last 20 years of her life caring for her parents. Her quiet nature and gentle spirit will be greatly missed by her neighbors and family.
Survivors include her brothers, Joel Thomas Hoffman ''Tommy'' of Wilmer, Texas, John Daniel Hoffman ''Danny'' of Clermont, Georgia and Ranter Lee Hoffman Jr. ''Randy'' of Terrell, Texas; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, Ranter and Jeannette Hoffman; her husband, Joe Winder; and one son, Randy Joe Winder.
Memorial services for Barbara are pending at this time.
