We were shocked to learn of Billy's passing this evening, Wednesday, Valentine's day. Billy was in the 7th Grade at 56 the first year I taught there in 1968. I considered him a friend. Billy served our county as sheriff with honor. He had turned his life toward the Lord Jesus, and it was a noticeable event in his life. He was our neighbor, quite a loss, we are praying for Gail and the rest of the Family.
