Joyce, I had lots of fun with Howard and all who helped in getting the memorial up on Plaza St. I pray you will draw from the many memories of Howard. He was a go getter and I highly respected him for all his many good works for this community. I know our Lord and Savior will be with you all when you think of his passing but we know one day peace will be gained. My prayers are with you and your families.
