I just saw where Emmet has finished his course here on earth. We go way back to the early 80’s when I first came to Lakeshore. He was such a precious soul. Through all kinds of difficulties, he always smiled. It was a joy serving as pastor to his sweet mama and Aunt Lula. (Bro Jerry)

Mr. Emmett was a wonderful man and I loved him dearly. He always showed me kindness and love, especially during the hard times when I was unable to love myself. He graduated high school with my daddy and we talked of him often. Prayers for Mrs. Lucille and the rest of his family. They love just as strongly as he has modeled all his life.
