Wayne, you brought all my childhood heros of the plains and the western trappers full measure in the stories of your childhood trapping and later fly fishing. I particularly loved your inquisitive mind and desire to research, compare and contrast positions of national interest. I know that your brother H Lee, will always treasure the memories of his life with you and though he grieves your loss understands he will see you again. God blessed the world by your inclusion . Blessings to all who loved him friend and family

My brother and I were very close. He was a special person with a big heart. I am happy he is no longer suffering from the terrible pain caused by an operation on his back. But the pain of losing him will not diminish for a long time.

Grandpa, I will miss EVERYTHING about you. You helped raise me and teach me how to take care of myself and my family. You were always the most honest ant loving man. It hurts my heart that you are gone but I'm grateful that you hurt no longer. Thank you for always being there. I love you more than words can explain Bumpa

We are deeply saddened and our hearts are broken. Wayne was a very special person who would do anything for anyone. He was an exceptionally avid fly fisherman. He was always interesting to listen to his fishing stories and anything you wanted to talk about. We will miss him. Lovingly, Rod and Rita Engle
