Danny Gray Langley, 82 years of age, passed on Saturday, December 30th, 2023. Danny was born November 8, 1941 in Diaz, Arkansas to the late Doris and Lula Langley. He was the youngest of three children. Both his brother and sister preceded him in death.

Danny had three children, two have preceded him in death, Dennis Gray Langley and Donald Gene Langley. Danny spent his teen years in California before marrying and moving to Oregon for many years. He eventually settled back in Arkansas in the late 1970s.

Danny was a long-haul truck driver most of his life. He enjoyed traveling the United States and always had an interesting story to tell. He won many awards for driving through the years. Danny also had a talent and love for singing and playing guitar. He was always asked to sing and rarely declined.

Danny had a heart for giving and donated to many children's charities monthly. He never met a stranger and always had a smile and humor until the end.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Danny's name.

We finally came to an understanding now I’ll be on my way. Who was right who was wrong, I wonder who could say It takes a lot of love and understanding to make it work right, it gets so demanding but we tried, lord we tried. I can remember us talking o’ many many years ago, how we vowed to love each other and never let our love grow old. But we’ve been living in hell, we done it much to long. Trying to make something good out of something wrong. But we tried. Song written by Danny to Dorothy. I love this song
