Erma Dale Heffington, 68, of Conway passed away peacefully on November 20, 2023. She was born in Conway, AR on October 3, 1955 to the late Fred and Elizabeth Gwatney. Erma was as wild as the wind and tough as nails. She was a devoted and loving mom, Gma, sister, aunt and friend. Erma loved spending time with her family, they were her entire world; and she will be missed by all. She was preceded in death by her parents and four siblings, Booboo Gwatney, Barbara Hooten, Carolyn Shacklett and Kenneth Gwatney.
Erma is survived by her children, Wendy (Kenneth) Bundick, Cendy (Chris) Nowlin, Jerry (Shala) Heffington, Sheila (Robert) Page, Elizabeth (Scott) Welter, Gary (Crystal) Brannon and Glenda Smith; grandchildren, Coltin, Makalyn, Allison, Jacob, Corey, Caleb, Mason, Delainey, Wyatt, Caden, Meagan, Hannah, Cody, Bailey, Brody, Whitney, Aubrey, Britney, Lexy and Kristin; great-grandchildren, Hayzen, Rainlee and Paxton; brothers, Randy (Kim) Gwatney, Jimmy Gwatney, Sonny (Cheryl) Gwatney; sister, Martha Earnhart and many more nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A Memorial Visitation will be held from 4:00-6:00PM on Friday, November 24, 2023 at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, Arkansas.

So very sorry about your mom she was a amazing woman she would go to the vfw club with her husband and come down the hill to clawson truck stop to get coffee but I met her a long time ago my grandma used to keep her sister
Carolyn's kids and that's how I met her because I was a teenager and I remember going to her house and hanging out years ago meeting her mom Liz they were all special people and then later on in life I met her cousin Donna Faye and me and Donna Fais been friends for 40 years go rest high. I owe this lady my life, along with The Lord above. She came all the way to Holland to get me along with her friend to get me when the ambulance got lost. My appendix had burst. The both of them took me all the way, and just before the state police pulled us over, she said: "Ok Linda here we go, let them see you sick". I sure did that.
With that being said, this lady went above and beyond and out others before herself and helped out a friend.
