of Little Rock, AR

December 21, 1960 - September 4, 2023

Lawrence was the owner of Southwest Bike Shop and Southwest Special Events in Little Rock. He was known as "Candyman" for his cotton candy. I had the honor and privilege of meeting Lawrence through mutual admiration for all things Evel and I was amazed and blown away by the amf stuff he had but we became fast friends and I made several visits over the last few years we swapped a couple of bicycles and EK toys and hundreds of stories sitting at the shop made me feel like a kid on Christmas and he’d be re lacing a rim while he’s talking EK stuff I’ll definitely charish these bikes even more now sitting there at the shop putting it together after I had all the parts together it’s priceless now - thank you Lawrence for your kind heart and the cool times and memories my friend I’ll see you on the other side I’ll just listen for Evel’s xr750 and I’ll find you and I know you are up there and have finally landed happily! I love you buddy ✌️🇺🇸🚲
