Bernice Olean Curtright, 96, of Osceola, AR passed away August 7, 2023. Bernice was born September 6, 1926 in Brockwell, AR to Nomer and Bertha McDonald. She was a faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church in Osceola, where she served for many years. She enjoyed serving as a hospital volunteer Pink Lady, enjoyed going to Senior Citizen Dances, cooking, canning foods, crocheting and sewing. She leaves behind her son, Dennis Curtwright; loving daughter-in-law, Nancy Curtright; son-in-law, Gary Rhoads; grandchildren, Don (Melissa) Brumley, Susan Bennett, Barbara (Kenneth) Kuhn, Andrea (Greg) Andrews, Ashley (James) Lynn, Adam (Mandy) Curtwright and Amy (Randy) Morrison; twelve great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Patrick Curtwright; her parents; sons, Don Curtright and Hal Curtwright; daughter, Gail Rhoads; great-grandson, Kenneth Miles Jr.; five sisters and two brothers. A visitation will be held at Roller-Swift Funeral Home, Friday, August 11, 2023 at 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM with funeral to follow at 11:00 AM. Burial will be at Mississippi County Memorial Gardens.
