Sammy Carl Wilson, 47, of Lamar died Monday, July 24, 2023 at home with his loved ones by his side. He was born March 25, 1976 to Glenn & Pansy Jo (Anderson) Wilson in Paris, Texas. Sammy enjoyed walking outdoors, fishing, camping and arrowhead hunting.
He is preceded in death by his two grandmothers, Martha Wilson and Virginia Dale Anderson and two grandfathers, Carl Wilson and Samuel Jefferson Wilson.
Sammy is survived by one daughter, Kyra Lee Wilson; parents, Glenn & Pansy Jo (Anderson) Wilson; one brother, Danny Wilson; one sister, Brandie Jo (Randell) Wilson Spence and a host of other family and friends.
