of North Little Rock, AR

April 5, 1971 - July 18, 2023

Michael "Curtis" Senteney, 52, of North Little Rock went to be with our Lord and Savior on July 18, 2023. Curtis was born on April 5, 1971 in Little Rock. He was the oldest son of Linda Senteney Hill and the late Eddie Senteney. He is survived by his beloved mother; brother, Tommy Senteney; nephew, Enzo Senteney and his stepfather, Gary Hill. Curtis was employed by Maverick Transportation since January 30, 1992, most recently as a member of the IT Department.

To know Curtis was to love him. He was so gentle and kind. He enjoyed singing and playing guitar, video games, hunting and fishing, but what he loved most was Sara's pecan pie.

Visitation will be held at Roller-Owens Funeral Home on JFK in North Little Rock Saturday, July 22, 2023 from 2 PM - 4 PM. All friends and family are welcome. No other services will be held.

Where do I begin. I loved you more than anything. I wish I could tell you one more time how much I loved you. You were a son that I was so proud of. You were smart, strong and so kind to everyone you met. I never heard you talk bad about any one no matter how they treated you. Life on earth was not so easy for you. You had to experience a divorce between your Mother and Dad, loss of your Dad and your own personal divorce as well as so many complications from having diabetes. I was given the last three years of your life the experience of being with you every day taking care of you after all those surgeries. You were so strong and you didn't want me to be upset with all that you were going through. I never in my life thought I would have to see my son leave this world. I will never forget your smile and laugh or stop loving you. I know you are in heaven with your Dad. All the pain and suffering is gone and your life in heaven has just begun. My heart is broken but I know I will see you soon. Love and miss you so much. Your brother and I will keep you in our hearts. Thanks for being there for Tommy. Love Mom.

My brother was always there for me , as a child he always looked out for me ,would even let me tag along with his friends . Took me to my first concerts, rodeos, and mudding. I learned to play guitar watching him play and sing and will always cherish those memories and wish I could’ve played and heard him sing one more time . He was the best big brother any one could ask for . We were 7 years apart but always were there for each other . I love you Curtis and there will always be a empty space in my heart . You truly were a gentle giant and I’m proud to have had you as my brother. You will be forever missed . Enzo still talks about you and will miss you dearly. Just the other day I said your name and he got all excited about uncle Curtis. Love you brother -till we meet again

We both met Curtis at Maverick. Brent worked with him in maintenance, before he moved to IT and Ann just knew him at work. Curtis was always kind, always had a smile, He was a gentle giant, in stature and personality. He played guitar and sang and was actually VERY Good. He will be missed. Maverick lost a great one, we lost a friend But Heaven has gained a wonderful man. Rest in Peace Curtis. We will see you again when we get there. Until then, we hold sweet memories of you . We will keep your family in our prayers. Brent and Ann Hilton

Curtis was always so sweet, a precious cousin that I didn’t see enough and I regret terribly. Curtis came to Orlando about 8 yrs ago and we were able to get together for dinner. It was like we didn’t miss any time at all, he was still just as sweet as ever! I love you Curtis! I love you Aunt Linda and am so sorry for your loss. Love, Kim

Curtis was the reason I know what love is. He was a beautiful soul whom I loved very much. Although we were meant to walk separate journeys over the last several years, our friendship always remained. I’ll never forget him. He was family. His mom and stepdad are family. I can still hear his gentle laughter in my mind. I’ll never forget him and I’ll always cherish every memory we made together. Rest in Peace and Love sweet Curtis. What a beautiful angel we have looking out for us now. I find peace in the fact that your pain is gone now.

I worked with Curtis and became friends with him and I can tell you he was a kind and giving person. He was willing to help anyone in anyway that he could no questions asked. He will be missed greatly. My prayers are with family.
